1. Combu - Admin Console => Settings What feature?
I do not know what that feature.
2. Newsletters not work.
Should the set?

SETTINGS allows you to set some game settings on the server and retrieve them on the clients through CombuManager.instance.serverInfo
About the newsletter what is the issue you're having?
