I am working on my web server.
After executing "Create the configuration file" and going to the next part (Create the database script) I get this error.
How can I solve that?

if I understood then you're on your own dedicated/VPS server, so if you're running Apache web server then you can usually check the error description/code in /var/log/apache2/error.log (or anyway the error log file set in your Apache default/virtualhost conf).
If you have troubles in finding the error log file then you can send me a PM with your Skype ID and I will add you to my contacts as soon as possible (I'm currently away from home for a business trip but can give support through Skype out of day-time work hours).
